Hi Rick, how have you been??

I have two questions for you my man....... one regarding Perth; one regarding Sydney.

If you get a chance during the week, please can you send an e-mail out to kettlebell users here in Perth...... with the meetup group that I've been telling you about, I have some awesome ideas...... me and Leon have been integrating meditation, pranayama (Sanskrit lifeforce cultivation), joint mobility, 'relax into stretch' drills, kettlebell training, gymnastic rings training, qigong at the very end etc etc..... I've also been thinking of excellent ideas for a whole group, things like hot air ballooning, white water rafting, maybe also too hang-gliding but that's more one person at a time only.

I really wanted to catch up with Wes, Nigel, Nigel's daughter, and a couple of the other people from Steve Cotter's workshop, and Jamie Douse's workshop. Oh and the other thing was the jet ski hire when we got to Mandurah in a couple of weeks, that would be excellent as a sport for the whole group, plus the kettlebell training on the beach, while some people are out on the jet skis.

And re: Sydney, do you know any kettlebell users there that are close to my age, I'm 21, and i'm heading over to Sydney later in the year, I think it's May, to visit my Uncle Sam..... it would be cool if there's someone I can train with while I'm over there for a couple of weeks, and also too, a friend to go hang gliding with.....i was reading about the hang gliding in Sydney just now, it's about $200~.

The meetup site looks great now, and me and Leon are finally getting some momentum now with the meetups, but still it's hard trying to promote it, even despite it being totally FREE for everyone.

If there's any way you can get people's attention and bring up the Perth meetups as a sub-topic on one of the e-mail newsletters, I'd really appreciate your help Rick and Cam.... maybe eventually, there could be a FREE meetup group in every city, that way there's a good atmosphere of like-minded people to train, but not just the ego thing of strength, but also health, and wellness fields as well.

I'm thinking about also including my reiki and crystal healing, totally FREE to people who are interested as well, or they could pay however much they think it is worth...... that would be great along with the qigong, for the close, at the end of the training.

Anyway, thanks heaps for your help Rick and Cameron,

I hope life on your side is going great guys,

vaya con Dios,
