Hi Anthony,

Glad you liked the article and are enjoying kettlebell training. Seems like you're making some great improvements.

Keep your eyes peeled, I'm about to do a story on the Kettlebell Workshop I attended on the weekend. Talk about pulling up sore!!

Keep up the good work,

im loving it. i read your story to my wife and she really liked how you described your foray into the kettlebell world.

since the cotter siminar its all ive been doing and ive noticed better mobility in back aswell. 1 night recently i rolled over in bed and got a little crack in a area my thorasic is stiff and it felt a little more free after that.

last night i did the clean and jerk for 12 minutes. avg 8 reps a minute and swapped arms every minute with the 16kg bell. i have no idea how good or bad this is but i know it was alot more than i did at the seminar and my " groove " feels better

i rested 7 mins and did that move steve showed us for the single leg squat ( rolling back get some momentum ect ) which i can now do pretty well on both legs and alternate legs each rep. i think over 7 mins i did 40 in tital ( 20 each leg )

after another 7 mins rest did swings to the beat of about 30 per min the way steve showed us mixing it up. at 6 misn 30 i had completed the routine so to speak and still had 30 seconds left so continued with 15 double arm to finish.

i feel ive made big strides in the 2 weeks since his seminar and im hooked. now a month or so after wife has given birth just need to get her hooked to :)
