		<description>Yes , scalene and many other trigget points are very common in office workers - and sportsmen/women who go hard! Even the simple pushup can make things worse in the neck/back/shoulder. At least you have a smart physio Emily. Anyone who can&#039;t get access to hands on advice/therapy should get the Trigger point workbook (Amazon - Clair Davies) - it is a goldmine of explaining where pain comes from and goes to. It&#039;s  a book I often refer to ; it doesn&#039;t matter what you do in life , one thing&#039;s for sure - you will accumulate more and more trigger points. Finding ways to manage them whilst staying fit is the key. Taking pills and getting morose is not the smart approach!</description>
