		<description>Good effort Chris! Definately looks like it would give your whole body a blast in the session. Just a minor technical point, at the start you didn&#039;t perform a chin up it was a pull up. Traditionally a chin up is performed with a supinated, shoulder width grip of your hands, and a pull up is performed with a pronated, wider than shoulder width grip. As we know different muscle activation occurs with the different positions.

Keep up with the videos, definately informative and entertaining!</description>
